What you can expect when you COME BACK

After booking an appointment online

You will receive a call from Elise inquiring about your health.

We request that for everyone’s sake, you stay at home if you are feeling ill.

What to expect on entering the office

Please wear your own mask (which you will need to have on throughout your time at the office). Masks available for purchase for $5.

We will also be taking your temperature with a touchless thermometer upon entering, and asking you to sanitize your hands. Your practitioner will also be wearing a mask. If you do not have a pre-paid plan, we’d appreciate payment by credit card, if possible.

As always, we’re providing clean sheets as a table cover (changed between each patient), but if you feel more comfortable bring your own. We have verified with our laundry service that the sheets are sterilized.

Consults will now take place in the waiting room at social distance with only you and the practitioner.

Here are the actions we are taking:

Plexiglas shield at reception desk
All staff have PPE’s on at all times.
Door knobs and other frequently touched surfaces protected with an antimicrobial wrap.
Business is operated at reduced occupancy.
We will give preference on Tuesday mornings for those at higher risk.
Disinfecting wipes and soap and water readily available for staff and customers.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of common areas with EPA-approved sanitizing products.
Staff who exhibit symptoms or don’t feel well will stay at home.
