6 Acupuncture Treatments
Expiration of Discounted Visits (Care Plans or Pre-Paid Visits): Visits must be used up before they expire. Any visits bought on or before October 15, 2022 expire on December 15, 2022. We’ll contact you before the expiration date with options to get a refund, transfer your package to another person, or have us donate the value of what remains to the Compassionate Care Fund. Plans that expire without instructions from you will be donated as decided by the practice.
Note: Refunds and donations amounts will be calculated as the total paid less the undiscounted price for each visit already used.
